Orkin is looking for a Home Services Inspector in the United States to conduct comprehensive home inspections, advise on termite protection, and build trusting customer relationships. You will work in customers’ homes, explain pest-control options, and drive sales with training support from Orkin’s award-winning program.

No prior industry experience is required; you will receive full training, a company vehicle, and opportunities for advancement within a recession-resistant field.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Willing to work in the field independently and interact with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and explain practical solutions.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in homes to explain products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home and make recommendations based on findings.
