Job summary

Orkin in the United States is seeking a Home Services Inspector to perform 360 inspections, recommend pest solutions, and build trusted customer relationships in homes. No prior industry experience required; training provided and you’ll earn base plus commissions.

Responsibilities

• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to identify pest issues.
• Make strategic recommendations and explain solutions to customers.
• Schedule appointments, build relationships, and close on pest control services.
• Maintain organization and prepare sales agreements using company tools.
