Job summary

Orkin is hiring a Home Services Inspector in the United States to conduct 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces, identify pest threats, and present practical solutions that protect homes and families. You will build trusted relationships, listen to customer needs, and explain the process with confidence and care.

No industry experience is required — comprehensive training is provided. You’ll earn a competitive base plus commissions with opportunities for advancement, a company vehicle, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great customers.
• We will consider for employment all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable federal, state and local laws.
• No Experience Required – we’ll train you!

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between.
• Solve problems and build trusted relationships ensuring homes are protected.
• Listen to needs and clearly explain practical solutions to win over customers.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes.
• Make recommendations to customers based on inspection and issues identified.
• Stay organized and prepare sales agreements using company provided iPad; training provided.
