Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Home Services Inspector to perform comprehensive 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and beyond. You will identify pest protection needs, present practical solutions, and build trust with homeowners.

This role offers strong earning potential (base plus commissions) up to $100,000/year, a company vehicle, benefits, and ongoing Orkin training. No prior industry experience is required to start.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you!
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great customers

Responsibilities

• Understanding Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers
• Performing 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and protect homes
• Build trusted relationships with customers and explain practical solutions clearly
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services
• Make recommendations based on inspection findings and set expectations
