Orkin in the United States is hiring a Home Services Inspector. You’ll perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and make strategic recommendations to protect homes and families, with all training provided and no industry experience required to start.

This role offers strong earnings and growth: base + commissions from $50,000 to $100,000 per year, a company vehicle, iPhone and iPad, comprehensive benefits, a 401(k) with match, and opportunities to volunteer and earn rewards.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license/certification (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers
• We will consider all qualified applicants in compliance with laws

Responsabilités

• Earn top wages and pursue annual awards trips.
• Be a problem solver to determine pest solutions for customers.
• Prospect new business and manage assigned leads with provided leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet homeowners to explain products.
• Inspect interiors and exteriors of homes to identify issues.
• Make recommendations based on inspection and address questions.
• Stay organized and prepare sales agreements on company iPad with training.
