Orkin is seeking a Home Services Inspector to perform 360 pest inspections and present protection options directly to homeowners. You’ll use strong sales skills to explain solutions, schedule visits, and help families protect their homes with Orkin’s industry-leading services.

Qualifications

• No experience required – we’ll train you.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers.
• Compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawl spaces to protect homes.
• Explain practical pest solutions and build trust with customers.
• Schedule appointments and present Orkin’s products and services.
• Work with the training provided to identify best pest protection.
• Keep organized records and communicate clearly with customers.
