Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers.
• We will consider all qualified applicants in compliance with laws.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to solve problems and build trust.
• Win over customers with clear explanations and confident solutions.
• Schedule appointments and meet with customers in their homes to explain products and services.
• Make recommendations based on inspection findings and set expectations.
• Stay organized and prepare sales agreements using a company-provided iPad.
