Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking dynamic sales professionals to visit customers’ homes and demonstrate the value of smart home security solutions and services. You will tailor each installation to fit the client’s space, explain our offerings in depth, and build lasting relationships through post-installation follow-ups and referrals.

The role rewards top performers with uncapped commissions and substantial training support, including an initial up-to-$4,000 training period.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, tech-savvy individuals who are passionate about helping others and driven to succeed.
• Strong communicator and relationship builder who can consult with customers and guide to the right solution.
• High school diploma or equivalent; willingness to travel within a territory using own vehicle; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust: By showing up with integrity, empathy, and expertise, you will become a reliable advisor customers can count on, both during the sale and long after the installation.
• Customize each system to fit your client’s space, lifestyle, and concerns, combining security, automation, and life safety technology in ways that work for them.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups with customers to confirm that commitments were fulfilled and to generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities: identify and generate new sales leads to maximize outreach.
