Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking proactive Sales Advisors who will demonstrate the value of our security and smart home solutions. You will visit customers at their homes, tailor systems to fit their space, and build trusted relationships.

This role rewards high earnings through uncapped commissions and requires travel within a designated territory. Expect to earn substantial commissions with training support; first weeks may include guaranteed earnings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required; additional licensing may be needed based on location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized, efficient, and accountable in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset; you thrive on uncovering new leads and closing deals that deliver real value.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder, able to consult with customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right solution.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the value of our security and smart home solutions to customers and explain products in-depth.
• Visit customers at their homes and build trust through integrity and expertise.
• Customize each system to fit the client’s space and lifestyle.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Identify and generate new sales leads to maximize outreach.
