Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking dynamic sales professionals to join our nationwide team. In this role you will visit customers at their homes, demonstrate smart home and security solutions, and tailor installations to fit each space and lifestyle.

Strong communication helps build trust and close deals. We offer uncapped commissions, paid training, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; additional licensing may be needed based on location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized and productive in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to generate new leads and close deals.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder who can guide customers to the right solution.
• Adaptable and flexible in dynamic environments and eager to learn new systems and approaches.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating sales leads.
