Job summary

ADT is seeking energetic sales advisors to demonstrate the value of our security and smart home solutions to customers in their homes, using strong communication and creative skills. You will work in a dynamic environment, visiting customers at their homes to provide tailored security and automation solutions.

You will customize each system to fit the client’s space and lifestyle, conduct post-installation follow-ups, and cultivate new business opportunities through referrals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using own vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; additional licensing may be needed.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized and productive.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to close deals.
• Strong communicator and relationship builder who guides customers.
• Adaptable in dynamic environments and eager to learn.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with customers to become a reliable advisor.
• Customize each system to fit client space and lifestyle, combining security and smart-home tech.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to fulfill commitments and generate referrals.
• Identify and generate new sales leads to maximize outreach.
