Job summary

ADT is seeking self-motivated, tech-savvy sales advisors to visit customers at their homes and demonstrate the value of our security and smart home solutions. You’ll tailor each system to fit the client’s space, lifestyle, and concerns, building trust and closing deals with a consultative approach.

Compensation offers unlimited earnings with uncapped commissions; new advisors can earn about $95,000, and experienced reps can exceed $150,000.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder, able to consult with customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right solution.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the value of ADT's security and smart home solutions to customers, explaining products and services and recommending the right solutions.
• Visit customers at their homes to customize systems to fit their space, lifestyle, and concerns.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Identify and generate new sales leads to maximize outreach.
