Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking motivated Sales Advisors to visit customers’ homes and present security and smart home solutions. You will tailor systems to fit each space, demonstrate value, and guide clients to the right options.

You’ll build trust, follow up after installation, and pursue new leads to grow revenue. Compensation features uncapped commissions with potential earnings well into six figures for top performers, plus comprehensive benefits and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; licensing may be needed by location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to generate new leads.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder to guide customers to solutions.
• Adaptable and flexible in dynamic environments; learning new systems is expected.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with customers, becoming a reliable advisor during and after sale.
