ADT in the United States is seeking a motivated Sales Advisor to demonstrate the value of our security and smart home solutions to customers. You will visit customers at their homes, listen to their needs, and tailor system recommendations that blend security with life safety and automation.

Compensation offers uncapped commissions with a potential to earn around $95,000–$150,000, plus paid training and a robust benefit package including health, retirement, and time off.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated, results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset; able to generate new leads and close deals.
• Strong communicator and relationship-builder.
• Adaptable and flexible; thrive in dynamic environments.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.
