Job summary

ADT is hiring a Sales Advisor to visit customers at their homes and demonstrate ADT’s security and smart home solutions. You will customize systems to match clients’ spaces and needs, building trust and providing ongoing support after installation.

The role emphasizes strong communication, tech-savviness, and a drive to succeed in a field sales environment with uncapped commission potential. Training is provided with up to $4,000 during the first 8 weeks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; licensing may vary by location.
• Comfort using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the value of ADT security solutions to customers in-home and explain products clearly.
• Customize each system to fit client space, lifestyle, and concerns, integrating security, automation, and life-safety tech.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing sales leads.
