ADT is a leading smart home security provider in the United States, seeking energetic sales advisors to protect homes and businesses. You’ll customize systems, build trusted client relationships, and generate referrals while traveling within your territory to close deals.

The role offers uncapped commissions, with potential to earn $95,000 for new advisors and over $150,000 for experienced team members, plus a structured training plan and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust: you will become a reliable advisor to customers during the sale and after installation.
• Customize each system to fit client’s space, lifestyle, and concerns, combining security, automation, and life safety technology.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups with customers to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities: identify and generate new sales leads to maximize outreach.
