Job summary

ADT is seeking energetic sales advisors to demonstrate the value of our security and smart business solutions to small business customers nationwide. You’ll visit client sites, tailor systems to fit their layout and operations, and foster long-term relationships through follow-ups and referrals.

You’ll earn uncapped commissions with strong training pay: first 8 weeks up to $4,000, with potential to exceed $150,000 for experienced advisors. A dynamic, career-driven environment awaits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized, efficient, and accountable in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset; you thrive on uncovering new leads and closing deals.
• Strong communicator and relationship builder to consult with customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right solution.
• Adaptable and flexible; you excel in dynamic environments and enjoy learning new systems and approaches.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate new business opportunities: identify and generate new small business leads within your territory to maximize outreach and growth.
