Job summary

ADT is seeking energetic sales advisors to visit customers' homes and demonstrate the value of security and smart home solutions. You will explain products and services, build trusted relationships, and tailor each installation to the client’s space.

Top performers can earn substantial commissions with unlimited upside, including a first 8 weeks training pay and ongoing incentives, in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder.
• Adaptable and flexible; thrive in dynamic environments.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with customers, becoming a reliable advisor during and after the sale.
• Customize each system to fit the client’s space and needs, integrating security and smart home tech.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing sales leads.
