Qualifications

• College coursework preferred.
• State licensing or certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in interviewing prospects for current/future home sales, including model presentations.
• Assist new homebuyers and prospective buyers as needed.
• Back-up to Sales team as needed.
• Learn local markets, Real Estate laws, trends and regulations related to home buying.
• Assist with sales office administrative responsibilities.
