Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative to manage the sales process and provide excellent customer service as customers explore designing and purchasing their new home.

The role entails sourcing new opportunities, networking with realtors, and coordinating with the team to ensure a smooth transaction from sale through financing and construction. Qualifications include an Associate’s degree or 2+ years related experience, a Georgia Real Estate License, and the ability to use DRH Sales

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience.
• Georgia Real Estate License.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license; able to drive day or night.
• Ability to use DRH Sales applications on mobile devices.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate DR Horton’s value proposition, product vision and capabilities to potential customers.
• Uncover and understand customer goals and challenges then establish DR Horton as the best solution.
• Overcome objections and close the sale.
• Maintain documentation of transactions from sale through loan, options, and construction.
• Continually source new sales opportunities.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan for new customer relationships.
• Network and perform outreach to realtors.
• Manage time to meet sales goals and collaborate with team.
