Job summary

D.R. Horton is seeking a Sales Representative in Georgia to manage the sales process and provide excellent customer service. You will help customers find and design their dream home, and ensure a smooth sales process throughout from initial contact to construction.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to meet sales goals, and familiarity with DRH Sales applications. A valid Georgia real estate license and a vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 2 years related experience is required.
• Georgia Real Estate License is required.
• Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and be able to drive day or night.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email; comfortable with mobile/tablet tech.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate DR Horton’s value proposition to customers.
• Uncover customer goals and establish DR Horton as the best solution.
• Overcome objections and close sales.
• Maintain documentation from sale through loan, options, and construction.
• Source new sales opportunities and develop marketing plans.
