Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative to manage the sales process and deliver exceptional customer service for homebuyers.

You will help customers find and design their dream home, source new leads, and guide them through the purchase experience from initial inquiry to close. Ideal candidates have an associate degree or related experience, a valid driver's license, and comfortable using DRH Sales applications on mobile devices and laptops.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience.
• Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to use DRH Sales applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate DR Horton’s value proposition to potential customers.
• Uncover customer goals and establish DR Horton as the best solution.
• Overcome objections and close the sale.
• Maintain transaction documentation from sale through loan, options, and construction.
• Continually source new sales opportunities.
• Develop and provide a marketing plan for establishing new customer relationships.
• Network and perform outreach to realtors.
• Meet sales goals and work well with team members.
• Maintain and expand database of prospects.
• Attend sales meetings.
• Develop rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members.
• Execute policies to ensure quality standards.
• Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner.
