Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or 2 years related experience required.
• Must have a vehicle, valid driver's license, and be able to drive day or night.
• Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to stand and walk for 4 hours, sit for extended periods, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Communicate DR Horton's value proposition, product vision and capabilities to potential customers.
• Uncover customer goals and challenges then establish DR Horton as the best solution.
• Overcome objections and close the sale.
• Maintain documentation of transaction from sale through loan, options, and construction.
• Continually source new sales opportunities.
• Develop and provide management with a marketing plan for new customer relationships.
