D.R. Horton is seeking a Sales Representative to manage the sales process and deliver exceptional customer service for homebuyers. You will source new customers, help design homes, and ensure a smooth sales journey from start to finish.

The role requires strong communication, ability to drive opportunities, and partnership with Realtors. A Georgia real estate license and valid driver’s license are required, with MS Office familiarity. Great benefits accompany this role.

Competenze

• Associate degree or 2 years related experience required.
• Georgia Real Estate License required.
• Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and be able to drive in daytime or nighttime.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

• Uncover and understand customer goals and challenges then establish DR Horton as the best solution.
• Overcome objections and closes for the sale.
• Maintains accurate documentation of transaction from sale through loan, options, and construction.
• Continually source new sales opportunities.
• Create and provide to management a marketing plan for establishing new customer relationships.
• Networks and performs outreach to realtors.
• Manages time efficiently, meet sales goals and works effectively with other members of the team.
• Maintains and expands database of prospects.
• Attend sales meetings.
• Develops and maintains good rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members.
• Execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company.
