D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative to manage the sales process and deliver excellent customer service for homebuyers.

You will source new customers, help design their dream home, and ensure a smooth sales flow—from lead to loan and construction. The role requires an Associate’s Degree or 2 years of related experience and a valid Georgia Real Estate License, plus willingness to drive and use DRH Sales applications on various devices.

Competenze

• Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience required.
• Georgia Real Estate License required.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license; able to drive day or night.
• Proficiency with MS Office and DRH Sales applications.

Mansioni

• Effectively communicate DR Horton’s value proposition to potential customers.
• Uncover and understand customer goals and challenges then establish DR Horton as the best solution available.
• Overcome objections and closes for the sale.
• Maintains and documents the transaction from sale through loan, options, and construction.
• Continually source new sales opportunities and develop relationships with Realtors.
• Attend sales meetings and collaborate with team members to meet goals.
• Maintain and expand database of prospects; ensure quality standards.
