Job summary

Sekisui House U.S., Inc. is seeking a Sales Consultant to support community sales operations. You will engage customers, assist with tours, and help prepare sales materials while maintaining CRM data accuracy and delivering a welcoming environment for prospective buyers.

This role offers exposure to homebuilding sales processes, model homes, and events, with supervision and ongoing product training. A base salary plus commissions is provided, reflecting a dynamic, customer-centered team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with customer service or administrative work is expected.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; CRM exposure.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and deliver a welcoming, professional first impression.
• Assist Community Sales Consultants; help with tours and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate prospect and sales data in CRM and tools.
• Prepare model homes, sales offices, and marketing materials.
• Support onsite events, community activities, and promotions.
• Assist with contracts, paperwork, and reporting.
• Monitor inventory of materials and model readiness.
• Participate in training to learn products and processes.
• Facilitate smooth handoffs between customers and teams.
• Learn the local market and competitor pricing; support sales simulations.
• Collaborate with mortgage team to provide a seamless customer experience.
