Job summary

Sekisui House U.S., Inc. is seeking a Community Sales Assistant to help engage prospective buyers, manage CRM data, and support model homes and sales offices. You will assist touring buyers, prepare materials, and coordinate events under supervision.

The role provides exposure to homebuilding sales processes, customer interactions, and collaboration with mortgage teams, with ongoing training and a focus on customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, with preferred bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in customer service or administrative support is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate or homebuilding concepts is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and assist with initial customer interactions to create a welcoming impression.
• Support Community Sales Consultants by tours and responding to routine buyer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate prospect, visitor, and sales data in CRM and tracking tools.
• Prepare model homes, sales offices, and marketing materials for a polished environment.
• Assist with administrative tasks, contracts, paperwork, and reporting.
• Coordinate onsite events and promotional initiatives.
