Sekisui House U.S., Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to support community sales operations, engage with prospective buyers, and help maintain CRM accuracy.

The role offers exposure to model homes, tours, and on-site events in a fast-paced homebuilding environment. You will assist with administrative tasks, coordinate with the mortgage team, and learn product features and sales processes to deliver a positive customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Up to 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• Basic familiarity with customer service or administrative work.
• Real estate license (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or administrative support (preferred).
• Exposure to CRM systems or customer-tracking tools (preferred).

Aufgaben

• Greet visitors and assist with initial customer interactions to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Support Community Sales Consultants by standing in as needed and assisting with tours.
• Maintain accurate prospect, visitor, and sales data in CRM and tracking tools.
• Prepare and maintain model homes, sales offices, and marketing materials.
• Participate in onsite events, community activities, and promotional initiatives.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including contracts, paperwork, and reporting.
• Monitor inventory of sales materials and model home readiness.
• Learn the mortgage process to provide customers with a seamless experience.
