Job summary

Lincare Holdings Inc. seeks a capable equipment setup professional to install and service ventilators, monitors, CPAP units, and oxygen equipment in patients' homes.

The role includes providing technical assistance, patient education, and maintaining accurate records with strict adherence to safety standards. You will perform assessments, stay current with respiratory homecare techniques, and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in home healthcare.
• Minimum three years in home healthcare; may train other Healthcare Specialists.
• Familiar with equipment and services provided in home healthcare settings.
• CRTs and RRTs are qualified for this position

Responsibilities

• Provides patient education as part of patient care.
• Performs complete and professional patient assessments.
• Maintains knowledge of respiratory homecare techniques and concepts.
• Follows Safety & Regulatory Manual policies (OSHA, DOT, FDA, Emergency Planning).
• Represents Lincare with professional appearance and written reports.
• Maintains patient records in compliance with accreditation standards.
• Works on-call evenings and weekends as scheduled; response timely.
