Lincare Holdings is seeking a dedicated healthcare specialist to perform equipment setups in patients' homes, including ventilators, monitors, and CPAP units. You will provide technical assistance and ensure devices operate correctly.

The role includes patient education, equipment maintenance, and keeping accurate patient records in line with regulations. On-call coverage evenings and weekends is required, with travel using a personal vehicle.

Formación

• Knowledge of home respiratory equipment and related care.
• Two years minimum in home healthcare.
• Three years in home healthcare with potential training duties.

Responsabilidades

• Set up ventilators, monitors, and CPAP units in patients' homes.
• Provide technical assistance with equipment and ensure proper operation.
• Conduct patient education and training according to Lincare policy.
• Maintain patient records and documentation for compliance and reimbursement.
• Work on-call evenings and weekends as scheduled by the center.
