Job summary

Lincare Holdings Inc. seeks a field-based Equipment Setup Specialist to install and service respiratory care equipment at patients’ homes. You will conduct timely setup of ventilators, monitors, and CPAP units, and provide technical assistance to caregivers and patients.

Responsibilities include patient education, completing assessments, maintaining records, and adhering to safety regulations. On-call evenings and weekends are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience with home healthcare equipment setups.
• Must be able to perform patient assessments and education.
• Familiarity with safety regulations (OSHA, DOT, FDA) and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Set up highly technical equipment at patients' homes (ventilators, monitors, CPAP).
• Provide technical assistance and maintain patient records.
• On-call evenings and weekends as scheduled.
