Lincare is seeking a dedicated professional to set up respiratory/hemodynamic equipment in patients' homes, including ventilators, monitors, and CPAP units. The role includes providing technical assistance, and may involve other oxygen equipment setups as needed.

Responsibilities include patient education, comprehensive assessments, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards, while maintaining thorough records. On-call shifts evenings/weekends are required per center needs.

Formación

• Experience with home healthcare equipment preferred.
• Must be able to travel to patients' homes.
• Ability to educate patients and caregivers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient education as an integral part of patient care.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments per Lincare policies.
• Maintain current knowledge of respiratory homecare techniques and related concepts.
• Follow Safety & Regulatory Manual policies (OSHA, DOT, FDA, Emergency Planning).
• Present Lincare professionally in person and in reports.
• Maintain patient records in a complete, organized manner per accreditation standards.
• Work on-call evenings and weekends as scheduled; frequency depends on center size and staff.
