Job summary

Total Respiratory & Rehab is seeking a front-desk oriented intake coordinator to assist patients and providers with home respiratory equipment questions and orders. You will guide patients through CPAP setup demonstrations and manage walk-ins, scheduling, and patient records with a focus on a positive experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and guests in a warm, friendly manner; check them in for appointments and manage a multi-line phone system.
• Provide basic CPAP equipment setup and demonstrate operation per manufacturer instructions and company protocols.
• Demonstrate device on/off, connect accessories, fill humidifier, and replace filters as needed.
• Assist patients with mask sizing and headgear adjustments for comfort.
• Explain device readouts and app connectivity without performing clinical assessments.
