Job summary

Fletcher Home, serving the Richmond and Fredericksburg, VA areas, is seeking an Event Promoter to generate leads at events and present our remodeling products to customers. You will be the first contact, creating a positive experience and guiding prospects through our offerings during shows and in follow-up conversations.

Responsibilities include attending events weekly, coordinating logistics, and ensuring accurate lead data entry.

Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation at events.
• Ability to sell in a cheerful and friendly manner and assess customer needs.
• Follow up with leads generated at events and call after 5pm.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Customer-first attitude with strong communication.
• Available to work weekends and extended hours.
• Plan and coordinate events from conception to tear-down.
• Travel to and support onsite execution of events.
• Ensure timely data entry of event leads.
• Manage event photos and distribution with teams.
