Job summary

Fletcher Home invites an enthusiastic Events Promoter to engage with customers at remodeling shows and on-site events in the Fredericksburg area. You will capture leads, present products cheerfully, and ensure a positive customer experience while coordinating show logistics.

Responsibilities include planning events, traveling to venues, data-entry of leads, and calling contacts after events. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required, with weekend availability and after-hours

Qualifications

Experience in lead generation at events.
Ability to sell in a cheerful and friendly manner and assess needs.
Willingness to follow up with leads after events, including after 5pm.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Attend shows/events weekly and talk to prospective customers about our products.
Take down information quickly and accurately; ensure timely data entry of leads.
Plan, coordinate, and support on-site event execution from setup to tear-down.
Travel to events and assist with show load-in/load-out.
Call leads generated at events and schedule follow-ups in the evenings.
