Job summary

Fletcher Home seeks an Shows & Events Promoter to introduce customers to remodeling services at events in the Fredericksburg and Richmond, VA area. You will be the first contact, generating leads and presenting our products in a cheerful, welcoming manner.

Weekly event attendance, data entry of leads, and coordination with the Marketing & Communications Director are required. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are essential to travel to shows and support load-in/load-out.

Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation at events.
• Ability to sell in a cheerful and friendly manner, listen actively and assess needs.
• Must be available to work weekends and after 5pm during the week.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend events weekly and talk to prospective customers about our product line.
• Take down information accurately and quickly; ensure leads are entered timely.
• Plan and coordinate events from conception to tear-down with the Marketing & Communications Director.
• Travel to and support onsite execution of key events, including load-in/load-out.
