Job summary

Fletcher Home, serving customers in the Richmond and Fredericksburg VA region, seeks an Shows & Events Promoter to introduce remodeling services at weekly events. You will engage prospects, collect consumer information, and create a friendly, informative experience for potential customers.

The role involves post-event follow-ups, data entry, and coordinating on-site activities under the Marketing & Communications Director, with travel to events as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation at events.
• Ability to sell in a cheerful and friendly manner, listen actively and assess needs.
• Willing to call leads after 5pm during the week.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
• Available to work weekends and extended hours.
• Take down information quickly and accurately.
• Plan and coordinate events from conception to tear-down under direction.
• Travel to and support onsite execution of key events.
• Data entry of event leads into timely systems.
• Manage event photos and distribution with internal/external teams.

Responsibilities

• Attend events weekly and speak with prospective customers about products.
