Job summary

Fletcher Home seeks an energetic Shows & Events Promoter in the Virginia area. You will introduce customers to remodeling services, obtain consumer information, and create a cheerful, welcoming experience at events.

You’ll work in Fredericksburg and Richmond regions, promoting our product line weekly and following up with leads after events. Must have lead generation experience at events, strong listening and upsell skills, a valid license with reliable transportation, and a customer-first

Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation at events.
• Ability to sell in a cheerful and friendly manner and assess customer needs.
• Willingness to follow up with leads after events, including after 5pm on weekdays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Customer-first attitude and strong listening skills.
• Availability to work weekends and schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Attend events weekly and engage prospective customers about the product line.
• Obtain and track consumer information to create a positive customer experience.
• Plan and coordinate events and educational activities with marketing leadership.
• Travel to and support onsite event execution, including load-in/load-out.
• Ensure timely data entry of leads and manage event photos with the team.
