Fletcher Home is seeking an Shows & Events Promoter to introduce customers to remodeling services and help grow our presence at events in the Richmond/Fredericksburg area. You will engage attendees, collect information, and ensure a positive customer experience.

The role involves travel to event sites, coordinating setup and teardown, and following up with leads in the evenings. Applicants should have event lead-generation experience, strong communication and a customer‑first attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation at events.
• Ability to sell in a cheerful and friendly manner.
• Active listening and ability to assess customer needs.
• Willingness to call and follow up with event leads after 5pm.

Responsibilities

• Promote products at events and present offerings to attendees.
• Plan, coordinate and execute events from setup to tear-down.
• Capture and enter leads accurately and promptly.
• Travel to and support onsite event execution, including load‑in and load‑out.
• Follow up with leads generated at events and schedule follow‑ups.
