Job summary

Fletcher Home is seeking an Shows & Events Promoter to generate leads and introduce customers to remodeling services at events across Virginia. You will create a positive customer experience, collect consumer information, and act as the first touchpoint for potential clients.

The role requires enthusiasm, strong communication, and the ability to follow up with leads after events, including calls after 5pm. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are essential; weekend availability is

Qualifications

Experience in lead generation at events.
Ability to sell in a cheerful and friendly manner, listen actively and assess customer needs.
Willingness to call and follow up with leads generated at events, including after 5pm on weekdays.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Customer-first attitude with full attention to customers.
Availability for weekends and extended hours per day or week.
Ability to take down information accurately and quickly.
Plan and coordinate events and educational activities with the Marketing & Communications Director.

Responsibilities

Attend events weekly and discuss products with prospective customers.
Introduce customers to remodeling services and generate consumer information.
Travel to and support onsite execution of key events including load-in and load-out.
Ensure timely data entry of leads from each event.
Manage event photos and distribution with internal/external teams.
