Job summary

Fletcher Home in Richmond, VA is seeking an enthusiastic Events Promoter to introduce customers to remodeling services at trade shows and local events. You will be the first contact, creating a cheerful experience while collecting leads and presenting products.

You will attend weekly events in Fredericksburg and surrounding areas, travel to show venues, follow up with leads after events, and coordinate event setup and teardown with the Marketing & Communications Director.

Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation at events.
• Able to sell in a cheerful and friendly manner; strong listening skills.
• Willing to call and follow up with event leads after 5pm on weekdays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Customer-first attitude and ability to work weekends.
• Ability to plan and coordinate events from concept to tear-down with the Marketing & Communications Director.
• Travel to and support onsite execution of key events, including show load-in/load-out.
• Accurate data entry of event leads in a timely manner.
• Manage event photos and distribution with teams.

Responsibilities
