Job summary

Rite Rug is seeking a Home Remodel Designer - Mobile Showroom to consult with homeowners in their homes, measure spaces, and present flooring and remodeling options. The role blends design, estimating, and project coordination to deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through installation.

You will build relationships with homeowners, realtors, and referral partners, educate customers on products and warranties, and drive sales with a base salary plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn company software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations using our Mobile Showroom.
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, realtors, and referral partners.
• Identify customer needs and recommend flooring and remodeling solutions.
• Present product options, design recommendations, and project proposals.
• Educate customers on products, installation processes, and warranties.
• Promote and sell all Rite Rug products and remodeling services.
• Take accurate field measurements and prepare estimates.
• Coordinate project details with customers and internal teams.
• Process payments and follow up after project completion.
• Generate referrals and repeat business through exceptional service.
