Rite Rug in Dayton, OH is seeking a Flooring Design Consultant to join our team. You will help customers select flooring solutions, provide accurate installation measurements, and guide purchases to fit space and budget.

The role emphasizes building lasting relationships, delivering excellent service, and using technology to manage orders and payments. You will work onsite with a family-style team and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Formación

• Must have one year of sales experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Comfortable using technology (computers, tablets, smartphones).
