Job summary

Rite Rug is seeking a Design Consultant to join our mobile showroom team. You will guide customers through design and selection of flooring products, build lasting relationships, and drive sales in a dynamic showroom environment.

Ideal candidates are self-starters with strong communication skills, able to multi-task, learn computer systems, and grow with the company. A high school diploma, flooring experience preferred, and a valid driver’s license are required.

• Flooring experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Conducts sales to outside retail customers, B2B sales and area realtors.
• Determine customers' needs and match appropriately with our products.
• Promote and sell all Rite Rug flooring products and services.
• Take measurements for installation.
• Receive and process payments according to Rite Rug procedures.
• Follow up to ensure that the job is completed to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of all flooring products.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
