Job summary

2M Quality, LLC is seeking detail-oriented, part-time reviewers to inspect newly built homes from a buyer’s perspective, identifying defects in workmanship, quality, completeness, consistency, and professionalism.

You will drive to construction sites and conduct reviews during daytime hours, submitting reports on-site via tablet. Training is provided; compensation is paid per review, with rates $75–$90, and an introductory period at $65–$75 per review, plus a $10 raise after the intro period.

Qualifications

• Residential construction knowledge is helpful but not required.
• Detail-oriented and thorough in assessing workmanship from a buyer perspective.
• Reliable and able to work unsupervised on a schedule.
• Must have internet access and be comfortable using a tablet in the field.

Responsibilities

• Identify defects in workmanship from a buyer’s viewpoint during reviews.
• Drive to site locations and perform quality reviews within scheduled hours.
• Enter review results online on-site using a tablet; reports due by 5 PM.
