Job summary

2M Quality is seeking a part-time QA reviewer to assess new homes from a buyer’s perspective, identifying workmanship defects and quality issues. Reviews are performed on-site and submitted electronically.

Workdays are Mon-Fri 4-5 days with 8:00–17:00 windows. Compensation is paid per review: standard $75-$90; introductory rate $65-$75 for 30–60 days, then $10 raise per house. No phone calls.

Qualifications

• Residential construction experience preferred but not required.
• Must have access to a tablet and cellular-enabled device.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, able to work unsupervised on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assess newly built homes for defects from a buyer's perspective.
• Drive to construction sites and conduct quality reviews on scheduled days.
• Enter review results online using your own tablet; submit reports by 5 PM.
• No roof or attic work required.
• Coordinate with schedulers and submit on-site reports electronically.
