Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Technician to join our home healthcare team. You will handle delivery, setup, and maintenance of medical equipment and provide patient and caregiver instruction on proper use.

Customer service is delivered by phone and in person to patients and referral sources. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong English communication, multi-tasking ability, and a willingness to drive to patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Delivery, setup and maintenance of medical equipment.
• Instruct patients/caregivers on proper use and maintenance.
• Provide customer service over the phone and in person to patients and referral sources.
• Coordinate with location personnel and Billing Department as needed.
