Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for the delivery, setup, and maintenance of medical equipment, oxygen, and supplies, and provide instruction to patients and caregivers on proper use.

The role includes customer service over the phone and in-person to patients and referral sources. Travel to patient homes using company or personal vehicle is required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with patient-facing experience.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and record keeping.
