Rotech Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Technician to deliver, set up, and maintain medical equipment, oxygen, and supplies. You will instruct patients and caregivers on proper use and safety while providing frontline customer service to patients and referral sources.

At this location, pay is $22 to $23 per hour, with eligibility for a bonus. Travel to patient homes using company or personal vehicle is required, and on-call duties may be involved.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with medical equipment preferred.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver, set up, and maintain medical equipment, oxygen, and supplies.
• Provide patient and caregiver instruction on proper use and maintenance.
• Handle customer service over the phone and in person for patients and referral sources.
• Coordinate with billing, scheduling, and insurers as needed.
• Complete paperwork, forms, and logs for delivery and service activities.
