Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Technician to deliver, set up, and maintain medical equipment and supplies at patient homes. You will educate patients and caregivers on proper use and maintenance, and provide customer service in-person and by phone to patients and referral sources.

The role includes travel to patient homes and requires a valid driver's license where applicable. The position offers a bonus opportunity and hourly pay ranging from $22.00 to $24.00, commensurate

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background check (and drug screen where applicable).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, set up and maintain medical equipment at the delivery address.
• Provide customer service over the phone and in person to patients and referral sources.
• Educate patient and/or caregiver on safe use and maintenance of equipment.
